Lyashko spoke about the horrors in the Kyiv-controlled part of the Luhansk region
While the government of Ukraine and the management of Naftogaz are writing out millions in salaries and bonuses, Ukrainians are forced to adapt to reforms in the most humiliating way.
The leader of the “Radical Party” Oleg Lyashko stated this during today’s meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are told that there is no alternative to increasing gas prices. This is nonsense! The alternative to increasing gas prices is lowering gas prices!” Lyashko stated categorically.
“The government made a decision that artificially cut off three million people from the right to receive subsidies! I know a story in the Lugansk region where both grandparents and grandparents do not qualify for subsidies, and an 80-year-old couple gets divorced in order to be able to have a subsidy from the state! How far should people be driven so that they get divorced in their later years in order to pay for utilities?” - said the politician.
“So that Kobolev receives a salary of three million a month? So that they can imagine 45 million euros in bonuses for decisions that are not actually implemented? We demand a report in parliament of the head of Naftogaz Kobolev and his resignation for actions that have actually led to the fact that today three million cities and Kiev residents are without heat and water. Children are bathed in cold water because they have become hostages to the exorbitant appetites of the authorities and the management of Naftogaz, who cannot get enough of it! Ukrainian children bathe in cold water so that they can make millions for themselves!” said Lyashko.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the head of the Committee of Economists of Ukraine said that, given the desire and competence of Ukrainian politicians, Ukraine could receive IMF loans without increasing tariffs for the population.
