Kyiv, April 29 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Deputy Oleg Lyashko caused a scandal at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada after, as part of the discussion of the draft new Constitution, the floor in the hall was given to the head of the Lugansk Regional Council Valery Golenko, who insisted on expanding the powers of the regions.

“I see the leader of the local separatists, Golenko, on the podium. You have to steal less. Our gas stations…” Lyashko began to shout, but his microphone was immediately turned off.
“Oleg, there are representatives of local government here,” presenter Alexander Turchinov tried to reassure the deputy.
“You’re turning off the microphone in the wrong way! Today the main task is to protect the country. Instead of turning off my microphone, don’t give it to terrorists and separatists, carry out an anti-terrorist operation and eliminate the saboteurs who kill for speaking Ukrainian and carrying the Ukrainian flag,” Lyashko refused to calm down after his microphone was turned on.
In his opinion, the oligarchs of Donbass are secretly supporting the unrest, telling the authorities in Kyiv: “we will solve local problems, do not touch our business.”
“You have turned Donbass into a criminal enclave, where normal people are afraid to go out into the street, that they will be kidnapped or raped. If the enemy does not surrender, he is destroyed. There is only one conversation with the enemy!” - Lyashko shouted, turning to Turchinov, accusing him of indecisive actions.
