Lyashkovites demand the introduction of the right to punish denunciations in the Donbass
Local elections in the territory of Donbass, controlled by Kiev, can be held, but politicians who supported the DPR or LPR should not be allowed to participate in them, says Igor Popov, People's Deputy of Ukraine from the faction of Oleg Lyashko's Radical Party.

“We must work to limit the civil rights of those politicians who supported separatism. It is possible to provide such a mechanism to prevent them from participating in the elections,” he said at a press conference in Kyiv.
According to him, there are two possible mechanisms for determining such politicians. The first is the creation of special lustration committees that would receive complaints from citizens and recognize them as serious without a court decision (!).
The second is to limit their rights already during the electoral process and cancel registration if such people register. Lustration committees may also be involved in this, where people will file complaints.
“There is a public need to clean up power in these regions,” Popov emphasized.
