The mistress of a Lyashkov deputy became the culprit of an accident
The common-law wife of the people's deputy from the Radical Party of Lyashko Sergei Rybalka, Anastasia Bayborodina, was involved in an accident, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is evidenced by data from the Unified Register of Judicial Decisions of Ukraine.
From the resolution of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv it follows that the accident due to Bayborodina occurred on August 22 of this year in the center of Kyiv. Bayborodina was driving a Porsche Panamera. While leaving the yard of a house located at 9/2 Klovsky Spusk, the girl collided with a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Land Cruiser. All three cars received mechanical damage, the drivers of the cars were not injured.
It is noted that Bayborodina did not appear at the hearing of the case, although she was duly informed about the time and place of the hearing.
“...she did not inform the court about the validity of the reasons for her failure to appear, and she did not provide the court with any statements about the impossibility of considering the case in her absence,” the resolution says.
At the same time, the document states that the people’s deputy’s wife did not deny her guilt in violating the requirements of clauses 10.1, 10.2 of the Ukrainian Traffic Rules.
As a result, Bayborodina was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 124 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine “in the amount of twenty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is 340 (one hundred and forty) rubles 00 kopecks.”
The girl is also required to pay a court fee in the amount of 352 UAH 40 kopecks.
According to the Kyiv publication UNN, Rybalka employed his common-law wife Baiborodina in a family company and pays her a meager salary. At the same time, Bayborodina registered a Porsche Panamera car in her name on November 2, 2017, just before her birthday. According to the official Porsche dealer, the luxury car of the people’s deputy’s partner costs more than UAH 5 million.
