Lusta was supported by 50 deputies, 11 were “against”, one ballot was declared invalid. Thus, the candidacy of Vladimir Lusta for the post of chairman of the regional council received the majority of votes from the total number of deputies.
A few months ago, Vladimir Lusta was dismissed from the post of deputy head of the regional state administration under the law “On the Cleansing of Power.” This man holds a kind of record - he was the vice-governor under six Nikolaev governors - Alexander Sadykov, Alexei Garkush, Nikolai Kruglov, Gennady Nikolenko, Nikolai Romanchuk and Vadim Merikov.
