As Dobba reports, the prosecutor was fired two weeks ago, based on the law on cleansing power.
However, Vasily Sharavara himself does not agree with this decision, as do a dozen of his colleagues, including prosecutors of the Lviv, Sumy, Donetsk regions, one of the deputy prosecutors of the Kharkov region, the head of the personnel department of the Kharkov prosecutor’s office and many others. Former prosecutors intend to sue in order to be reinstated in their jobs.
