Maidan disperses the police: “There are no murders here except those committed by the police” (PHOTO, VIDEO)
Kyiv, August 08 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Maidan activists say that last night passed in tense anticipation, but there were no incidents. At the same time, they believe that law enforcement officers are not needed at all on the territory of the Maidan tent city.

“I haven’t seen the police on the Maidan for eight months,” Alexander Shablya from the 4th hundred, a representative of the Ukrainian Cossack army, told a Navigator correspondent. “And during all this time, not a single murder occurred here, except those committed by the police.” Therefore, the question arises about the advisability of this police force in general. It needs to be reformatted, given new tasks and let them work. Otherwise, that turns out to be 350 thousand slackers.”
As Navigator reported, yesterday utility workers tried to dismantle the barricades in the center of Kyiv. Law enforcement officers, the special battalion “Kyiv-1”, as well as young people of athletic appearance, but wearing the vests of CP workers, were involved in the process. The Maidan protesters said that they were being dispersed by “titushki Poroshenko and Klitschko,” they set fire to tires and began to set up new barricades. After the clashes, the police said that there were casualties among the law enforcement officers, and jewelry and weapons were found in the tents of the Maidan protesters.
