Kyiv, February 21 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The rebel tent camp on the Maidan in Kyiv survived another night, during which Viktor Yanukovych negotiated with Western diplomats.

The Ukrainian president talked for almost 8 hours with the foreign ministers of Poland and Germany. After leaving Yanukovych, they told reporters that negotiations would continue.
“The conditions will be announced by the Maidan, they will carry out what we say. The turning point has arrived!” - Meanwhile, the leader of the ongoing rally on the Maidan announced.
Last night an incident occurred on Khreshchatyk - some of the protesters did not want to let out a bus with VV soldiers who surrendered during the shootout on Thursday. The intervention of the leaders of the Right Sector helped - as a result, the capitulated security forces left the rebel camp.
At night, a shootout was also recorded near the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Solomensky district of Kyiv on Vozdukhoflotsky Avenue.
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has confirmed the death of 77 people since the beginning of the clashes in Kyiv.
