The movement is headed by a difficult boy, Rostislav Shaposhnikov, the son of a Kyiv cop, the former head of the criminal investigation department of the Dnieper district police department of Kyiv. According to the characterization of Anatoly Shariy, “... he was distinguished by an irrepressible craving for torture of persons under investigation and a love for rustling banknotes. So odious that he was transferred by the first deputy chief of the Ugra to the Darnitsky District Administration of Kyiv after a particularly cruel interrogation with bias.”
Oddly enough, the “Road Control” of the cop’s son Shaposhnikov was created not at all as a “society of young friends and police assistants,” but quite the opposite - with the goal of provoking Ukrainian cops to violence, secretly filming incriminating evidence on video, arousing public opinion and forging on this hard cash, blackmailing those who succumbed to provocation.
For greater resonance, Rostik-Perorostik organized the website of the recreation center of a legal gang of autohopniks, where, according to the testimony of knowledgeable people, Pan Lyashko’s associates from the adherents of “rear-wheel drive” hang out.
In particular, one of the prominent figures of the “Road Rats” was the well-known “journalist” Dzyndzia with the operational driver “Pups” - a sadist and a duck, the official chronicler of the neo-fascist organization “Azov”, who voluptuously captured on video the shooting of Mariupol residents on “Bloody Sunday” and the murder of a person , suspected of belonging to the militia. Like many others, “Pupsa” was found in some garbage dump and introduced into “big politics” by the director of the school for scumbags, Pan Lyashko.
There was also a staff member in the cultural center - a certain Vsevolod Filimonenko, who was a specialist in exposing his own cabbage soup to the splashes of excited cops.
He worked for the Lugansk branch of the “social movement”. After the well-known events and the creation of the LPR, he parted ways with DK-Lugansk and retrained either as a graceless pranker or as an ardent blogger on the social network Facebook, all in the hope of meeting a new feeding hand. There is information that Filimonenko (by a strange coincidence, also a fan of rear-wheel drive) has found himself a rather fat patron in the person of Avakov and is now preparing for the role of a “political refugee” and a fighter against the Poroshenko regime. Picked it up, mended it and got back to business!
"Tell me who your friend is and I will tell you who you are." Filimonenko’s Lugansk sidekick was another “activist” of DK-Lugansk, an umbrella boy and pedicure lover, Roman Alekseenko. This gay bastard, despite his status as a “road activist,” deliberately covered up for the son of a judge who hit a girl on September 22, 2013 at the intersection of Goduvantseva and Sovetskaya streets in Lugansk, and then fled the scene of the accident. After this tragic incident, the House of Culture disowned Alekseenko, calling him an impostor who “has nothing to do with their organization.” Don't go to grandma's - a smoke screen to cover up a tarnished reputation.
At the moment, Alekseenko is Pan Lyashko’s assistant and is already preparing to become a deputy. “Lyashko has been trained and personally tested,” this even sounds promising. Of course, in order for such figures as Lyashko and Alekseenko to fatten to their hearts’ content under the cover of the mandates of people’s deputies, the Svidomo giants certainly had to support the Bandera putsch and send their sons to die in a criminal and senseless war in the Donbass.
Another “alternatively oriented” participant of the Palace of Culture is Vitalik Kosenko. Flower of Life. Close friends call him Vitalino. Don’t let the engagement ring on Vitalino’s finger confuse you. From the photograph, he beams with honey and molasses not to his legal wife, but to his wrestling genius Sashka, another “wolf of Ukrainian roads.”
Vitalino’s ambitions went somewhat beyond the boundaries allotted to him by the organizers and inspirers of the Palace of Culture, so he was kicked out of the “movement.” Vitalino did not despair, and even tried to put together his own recreation center with blackjack and Blue Oyster, fortunately Shaposhnikov the son and his deputy Zhukoven disappeared to the USA. The glamorous boy did not have enough money for promotion and he decided to make money... no, no, not as a “male escort” - simply by extorting a bribe from businessman Andrey Galenko, the founder of the UkrTorgPlus company. For some reason, Galenko was not afraid of the threats of the “road gigolo” and brought the case to court.
Unfortunately, Vitalino did not manage to become a star in the bucket - one of the lovers of the bunny boys of Ukrainian politics first helped Kosenko stay in jail instead of under house arrest, and then flee to the United States.
The most interesting point in the drag of “rear-wheel drive activists” is that Shaposhnikov and Zhukoven surfaced in the United States with green cards and the status of “political refugees.” Vitalino Kosenko entered the hotbed of democracy through Mexico and also declared himself as a political refugee. Evil tongues say that the rising star of the “fighter against the bloody regime” Filimonenko is already tormented by vague premonitions that his career could suddenly end in a scenario “a la Trotsky”, and is already preparing his skis to set off along the beaten path of his “brothers.”
All the “road activists” left. Former leader Shaposhnikov writes reports on the condition of roads and the work of traffic police in the United States on his VKontakte page. Who remained in the shop to look after the cops' lawlessness on Nenka's dead roads? You won't believe it - the scumbag Dzyndzia.
During the well-known events of the blockade of the LDPR by thugs Semenchenko and Parasyuk in the early winter of 2017, Dzyndzya conducted “operational shooting” against “friend Vova” on the instructions of his deranged patroness Chernovol. Presumably, Tanka-with-certificate in this “special operation” was not the initiator, but a transmission link along the chain Pashinsky – Chernovol – Dzyndzya, and the “investigation” itself was conducted on Avakov’s personal initiative.
They say that Parasyuk was deeply offended by Dzyndzya, and, taking advantage of his deputy status, initiated a search of his home through familiar cops. They dug up a lot of incriminating evidence on the seized equipment.
