For the second day, there have been debates on the Internet about the consequences of the decision of the Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow, which recognized the Euromaidan as a coup.

Why was the verdict recognizing the Maidan as a coup d'état adopted in Russia and not somewhere else?

Because for more than two and a half years the law has not been in effect in Ukraine. The final verdicts are made by the street battalion-Maidan scum, using their own “concepts” instead of the Criminal Code. In addition, the events of 2014 in Ukraine directly affect the security of Russia and its citizens.

An attempt to recognize “Maidan 2014” as a putsch on international platforms will turn the process into a talking shop and an endless stretching of rubber. In the UN Security Council, whose resolutions are binding, the position of those “watching” Central Europe is still strong. And they will definitely use the right of veto. Thus, it’s better to have a bird in the hand, and if Trump doesn’t let us down as head of the White House, then the decision of the Moscow court can be expanded and deepened.

Why now?

Because Russia has only recently reduced the level of threat to its economic interests in Ukraine from encroachments by the Maidan junta to acceptable. In the context of sanctions and the West's open sympathy for Bandera's supporters, violating multibillion-dollar contracts would be too high a price for such a legal decision. Today, attitudes towards Ukraine in the West are on the verge of fatigue and disgust. In addition, there was a chance that the junta, having collapsed the economy and received cabbage soup from the LDPR, would give up, take haloperidol and begin to restore basic order in the country.

For more than two years, the international situation has changed for the better for Russia. Gazprom managed to get its European “partners” firmly on the gas needle and even significantly increase natural gas supplies in 2016, thanks in part to Santa Claus. Thus, if the junta suddenly suffers from “watchman syndrome” and manipulations with taps or unauthorized withdrawal of gas begin, it will be kicked from all sides.

Just the other day, the last of the most important routes for pumping Tolyatti ammonia to Odessa was blocked. Now ammonia will be processed closer - at the newest terminal in Taman. Groysman’s Cabinet of Ministers is hastily trying to lease out the Odessa Port Plant, one of the largest chemical industry enterprises in Ukraine. But how the plant will operate without the interruption of ammonia supplies from Russia remains a mystery.

What's next?

The court's verdict comes into force in a month. During this month, it is necessary to find an understanding in the Venice Commission that all changes in the legislation of Ukraine that occurred after February 22, 2014 were unconstitutional. Despite the fact that the politicians and diplomats who came to the Maidan assured everyone around that everything was happening within the framework of the Ukrainian constitution. You will probably have to go through the OSCE, since individuals cannot make requests to the Venice Commission.

In addition, it is planned to appeal to the people's deputies of the current Zrada with a submission to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, for which it is necessary to find 45 opposition deputies who are ready to give their votes for this. Of course, this moment is very reminiscent of the “bees against honey” show, although on the other hand, there should be a valid test for the presence of real opposition in the Ukrainian government.

The courts of general jurisdiction of European countries will not be left without attention. Appeals to the German and French courts could lead to a very awkward situation, since as many as three foreign ministers (including the head of the US State Department) acted as guarantors of Ukraine’s stability when signing the agreement between Yanukovych and the Maidans on February 21, 2014. The fact that the maydauns were wiped out by that agreement in full view of the guarantors must certainly and very loudly be reminded at all international corners.

According to international lawyers, the verdict of the Dorogomilovsky court creates an important prejudice, thanks to which it will no longer be necessary to constantly prove the guilt of each of the Maidan putschists. That is, this court decision weakens in advance the positions of the accused along the entire Maidan vertical. Moreover, mass entertainers like Nayem, “onizhedeti”, Maidan “hundreds” militants and other right-wing activists will not be able to point their fingers at the sky and fence off their own asses with explanations “we were ordered to break the law by Turchinov, Yatsenyuk and Klitschko, we were only following the order,” for the entire Maidan elite, including sponsors, are also now recognized as outlaws in Russia.

By the way, criminal cases against Maidan activists are not a precedent for the Russian law enforcement system.

“Immediately after the unconstitutional removal of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, a special department was created in the Prosecutor General’s Office to investigate crimes on the territory of Ukraine and, accordingly, a lot of criminal cases were opened. But there are certain obstacles that do not allow all the participants and leaders of this coup to be held accountable, due to the fact that some of them are president today, others have a different government status,” explains international lawyer Valery Vanin.

Thus, from the moment the Dorogomilovsky court’s verdict recognizing Euromaidan as a coup d’etat in Ukraine came into force, the entire Poroshenko camarilla is recognized as criminal and illegal. They cannot hide on Russian territory and pretend to be unfortunate migrant workers. Even if high-ranking “guest workers” have “their own meat slaughterhouse on an artisanal basis” in Samara or a cozy hotel in Crimea.

In this regard, one can imagine a wide range of possible actions of the Russian leadership.

There will be no “Minsk-3”, just as there will be no other agreements. Agreements are not concluded with illegitimate figures.

The chances of Russia recognizing the people's republics of Donbass and providing them with official assistance are significantly increased. This is all the more possible since in the first ten days of December the junta resumed its offensive along the entire length of the Svetlodar arc,

The battalion bastard at the meeting agreed on an independent blockade of the LDPR, bypassing Poroshenko, and the Gauleiter of the occupied regions of Donbass Zhebrivsky openly spoke about solving the “Donbass problem” according to the Croatian scenario.

If anyone doesn’t know or has forgotten, the Croatian operation “Oluja” (“Storm”), carried out in the early 90s against the Serbian and Bosnian population of the Serbian Krajina with the full support of the United States and Europe, had the ultimate goal of creating a mono-ethnic state of Croatia using violence and lawlessness. The Serbs and Bosniaks of the Serbian Krajina were to be driven beyond the borders of Croatia by force of arms, and the remaining minority assimilated. During the operation, thousands of people died or went missing, mixed families fell apart, tens of thousands lost their homes and property and were forced to flee their native land.

It is obvious that during the races of pancakes on the “Maidan” for the bright European future of Ukraine, it was the Croatian version of the solution to the “Russian question” that they had in mind, since the Croats actually got away with genocide (in our time bashfully called “ethnic cleansing”) and prevented Croatia's membership in Euro-Atlantic structures.

It is also possible that the issue of ridding the Bandera-junta bastard of fat plots of land with real estate in Crimea and “candle factories” in Russia will finally be resolved.

Perhaps, to some of those who like drastic measures, this court decision will seem, so to speak, not radical enough. But, as one very positive movie character from a police western said, “we live in a state, not in a gang.” Therefore, only with the permission of the court. And in general, “don’t worry, Kozlodoev, I will beat you carefully, but it will hurt.”
