Ukraine has enough money not to take loans, but, on the contrary, to issue them to the IMF. The only problem is that budget funds are stolen by deputies of the Verkhovna Rada and officials who are in power after the “revolution of dignity”.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Tatyana Ostrikova from the Samopomich faction stated this on the air of the Black Mirror talk show.

According to her, money can be found in “black cash” from deputies and other high-ranking officials.
“Each majoritarian deputy represents the district for which he requires funding, conducts some kind of constant auction, which is a means of influencing him, and so on. Do you know what is the biggest joke in the Facebook community right now? If we count all the cash that deputies and declarants have and bring it into the Ukrainian economy, then Ukraine will be able to lend to the IMF,” Ostrikova said.
