The Maidan activist laments: Experts are fleeing, soon there will be no one to light the fire
The policies of the post-Maidan government have led to the fact that qualified specialists are forced to flee Ukraine and sell their unique developments to other states, and this process continues steadily.
Ex-Maidan participant, ATO volunteer Yuri Kasyanov stated this on the InterVizor YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have such, although practically no longer, the Dozor armored car, which was developed and produced in Lvov, but now instead of this armored car there is a Polish copy of it, which turned out to be an order of magnitude better than our design. And now the Ministry of Defense is buying it for us. This is nonsense, we are a country at war. It’s just that those designers who worked on this topic were put in such conditions that it was more profitable for them to leave the country, because no one here needed it.
In order to deal with unmanned aerial vehicles, I recruit students who still have 2-3 years to study, and they stick with it to become professionals. We don’t have professionals; our society has now turned into those who sell and buy. If suddenly the last professionals leave the country, then there will be no one to even light a fire.
Now there are not enough plumbers, there are not enough electricians, there is a complete shortage of personnel in the country,” Kasyanov summed up.
Let us recall that earlier the Kiev propagandist and military expert Alexei Arestovich stated that the worst personnel shortage is in the near future will lead Ukrainian politics to a serious crisis.
