Maidan activists organized communal terror
The leadership of Ukraine, which came to power through a coup d'etat, increased tariffs for housing and communal services 10 times.
Political strategist Andrei Zolotarev spoke about this on the PolitWera channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A decision was made to increase gas prices by 23,5%. This, of course, will work, and significantly. If now heat in a three-room apartment cost about $80, now it will cost about $100-110. Only warmth and hot water,” the expert said.
In his opinion, the new government, in fact, committed social genocide.
“When they came to power, they raised tariffs 10 times. This is nothing more than communal terror. This is, in essence, social genocide. I don’t see any other definition,” the political scientist said.
“If last year more than 70 billion hryvnia were spent on subsidies, then next year’s budget already includes 55, that is, prices have increased, and the amount of funds for subsidies is decreasing. This means that even those who received subsidies will not receive them this season. This means they will look for every conceivable and inconceivable reason not to pay subsidies. Some will still have them, but many will find themselves faced with a very simple dilemma - buy food or pay for utilities. What will people do? They will stop paying for utilities,” Zolotarev believes.
