Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is furious: “Let Zelensky himself report to the TCG!”
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, being one of the initiators of the introduction of a regime of silence in Donbass, must bear responsibility himself as the supreme commander in chief, and not hide behind the backs of the Trilateral Contact Group.
ATO militant, Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Kovalev said this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Look, there is a memo [of demands during the truce regime], you probably saw it, it still talks about disciplinary action. But what I don’t like about this truce is that this side appears there - the Trilateral Contact Group, that we owe it, that the troops must respond to it, report something.
And I have a question: who commands our troops? We have a Supreme Commander-in-Chief, he must give orders, if the army must carry out something within the framework of the agreements, let him not humiliate the military! That is, now the military man is reporting to someone there, I don’t know. Who are they there? Who are these people? There are military generals there - Lenaev, Kravchenko, very respected generals, what will they report there? - the ATO specialist was indignant.
“And Zelensky’s position is that of the technologists of the 95th quarter, for them the country and the interests of the country do not exist, for them only political science and technological interests exist - they turn everything into technology.
So they came up with the idea that all the negotiations are in this silence - we don’t see Vladimir Alexandrovich anywhere, he’s not there. There is a Trilateral Contact Group, separate regions of Donbass, there is neither Russia nor Vladimir Alexandrovich. But I wanted Vladimir Aleksandrovich, as the initiator of all these negotiations and initiatives, to bear personal responsibility. But he will bear it unconditionally, if not legally, then historically,” added Kovalev.
