According to the chairman of the Nikolaev regional state administration, Alexey Savchenko, security measures are being strengthened due to the “terrorist threat” on the eve of the holidays.
“According to the level of the terrorist threat, I made a decision and introduced a regime for preventing terrorist attacks and possible attacks in the region. Roadblocks were set up. A state of high alert has been introduced in all cities. There will be no separatism,” Savchenko said.
