Macron threatens to expose 'crimes of the Russian army' with DNA test
French President Emmanuel Macron launched another round of accusations against Russia and its army, threatening the latter that its actions in Ukraine “will not go unpunished.”
About this Macron wrote В Facebook.
“The Russian armed forces must know that war crimes committed in Ukraine will not go unpunished. A team of French experts has already provided assistance on site, and we have donated a mobile DNA testing laboratory,” Macron noted.
He also welcomed the departure of the first ship with Ukrainian grain to sea.
“The departure of the first ship carrying Ukrainian grains from the Odessa port is good news. European efforts to export Ukrainian grain via land and river routes continue,” Macron added.
Let us note that this statement by Macron was preceded by his one and a half hour telephone conversation with Vladimir Zelensky, the details of which became known thanks to the press service of Bankova.
“As part of the ongoing dialogue, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with President of France Emmanuel Macron. Substantive negotiations lasted an hour and a half,” says a message on Zelensky’s website.
According to the report, Zelensky noted the important role of Paris and Macron personally in making the historic decision during the French presidency of the EU to grant Ukraine candidate status for joining the European Union. He also thanked the First Lady of France Brigitte Macron for the participation in the second Kiev Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen on July 23, 2022.
The head of the Kyiv regime also reported to the French leader on the progress of counteraction to Russia and the situation on the battlefield.
“We are waging a war against a real terrorist state. Russia’s planned, cynical extermination of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Yelenovka is evidence of this,” Zelensky asserts, thanking France for its “strong condemnation of this crime and willingness to help bring the perpetrators to justice.”
Zelensky also expressed gratitude to Paris for sending a group of doctors and gendarmes to Ukraine to “establish the facts of Russian crimes.”
Zelensky invited Macron to take part in the online summit of the so-called “Crimean Platform” on August 23 this year.
