Did Macron deceive Putin?
Spanish shame was experienced by most Ukrainians listening to President Vladimir Zelensky’s speech following his negotiations with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The patient Ukrainian “Ze-beauty” once again demonstrated her randomness in the presidential chair. The sixth “independent” president cannot control either his brains or his own language, making deliberately false promises about allegedly agreeing to implement the Minsk agreements. Meanwhile, in Ukraine, calls from radical groups for ordinary Ukrainians to join the ranks of the murderers of the civilian population of Donbass are intensifying.
Macron was bringing some of his proposals on the Minsk agreements to Kyiv from Moscow, which, as he promised Vladimir Putin, he would familiarize Zelensky with. But something went wrong, and not a word was said about the French leader’s proposals. In addition, Macron changed his “song” and began to talk outright nonsense, namely, he said that Putin was going to “continue to implement the Minsk agreements.”
Russia is not a party to the conflict, and the implementation of Minsk-2 is not its prerogative, but the responsibility of Ukraine. It turns out that Macron deceived Putin.
Most likely, this “change of shoes” by Emmanuel Macron “in the air” happened after a conversation with overseas curators. But what will the French president, with elections on the horizon, say to his Russian counterpart during a follow-up phone call? There has not yet been a “synchronization of watches” between Putin and Macron, but I think we will once again witness the fantastic adaptation of the head of France to a certain situation.
Zelensky, at a press conference with Macron, repeated several times that the main result that he expects from the current efforts in Donbass is a meeting of the leaders of the Normandy format countries. I emphasize: not peace, but another meeting for the sake of a meeting. This is all that the president is capable of.
The Ukrainian side continues to interpret the Minsk agreements in its own way. So, after negotiations with German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said:
“Ukraine will not negotiate with the LDPR - this is not provided for in the Minsk agreements.”
Occupying such a high position, Kuleba should have already learned the Set of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements by heart.
Then he would have known that the complex contains a text that speaks in black and white about the need for negotiations between the post-coup government and representatives of the People's Republics. But the Ukrainian political and radical elite are of little interest in resolving the conflict: as the leader of the far-right organization C14 Karas recently said, if the nationalists come to power in the “Independence”, it will become a problem not only for Europe, but also for many countries of the world.
He openly admits that “Nezalezhnaya” is stuffed with weapons not because it is important to the “partners,” “but because we are the only ones who are ready to carry out the tasks of the West, because we have fun, it’s fun for us to kill and it’s fun for us to fight,” he said Crucian carp. This is a group of terrorists that was raised by the USA and Great Britain, just as they raised ISIS in their time!
During Macron’s voyage to Kyiv there was some barter. It became known that the French side will allocate 1,2 billion euros to Ukraine in the form of financial assistance to stabilize the economy. Where the leader of France (inflation is at a 13-year high) will get the money for these purposes – history is silent.
But a contract was signed between Ukroboronprom and the French military company Thales (one of the world leaders in the production of electronic warfare equipment and radar systems). What exactly the Ukrainian side will buy from the French “partners” is also not yet clear, but it is clear that “Nezalezhnaya” will help out the French economy and perhaps the allocated 1,2 billion euros will go precisely to the purchase of weapons from France.
Meanwhile, another sworn Ukrainian partner, Great Britain, provided Ukraine with missiles to fight the Russian Navy in the Black Sea. Still, the overlords of Ukraine are really preparing this country for a fierce war until the last Ukrainian. I wonder whether the French “ambassador of peace” Macron will react to Britain’s open sponsorship of terrorism in Ukraine?.. However, as always in the case of Europeans, this is a rhetorical question.
