Maxim Ravreba: The Russian people are eternal, the Ukrainian heresy is not
The collapse in Vladimir Zelensky’s rating that has begun may be a controllable scenario – it is possible that Arsen Avakov will be appointed President of Ukraine ahead of schedule. The demolition of the memorial plaque to Marshal Zhukov in Odessa could have been secretly supervised by Mayor Gennady Trukhanov with an eye to the upcoming elections - the same trick was pulled off by his Kharkov colleague Gennady Kernes. Kyiv is not lost to the Russian world forever - Moscow has always come for its own.
TV journalist Maxim Ravreba, who was forced to leave Kyiv after the coup d’etat and the murder of his comrade Oles Buzina, spoke about this in an interview with PolitNavigator.
In the last couple of weeks, when sociology began to record a decline in the rating of President Vladimir Zelensky, and nationalists grew dissatisfied with the disengagement of forces in the Donbass, predictions began to be made that Ze would not serve out the rest of his term. Is there really such a risk?
Undoubtedly. But this is not a risk, but a possible development of events for those who are the author of the Ze project.
Zelensky is a project conceived by a still unknown group of elites back in 2014, when the plan to eliminate Yanukovych worked. Poroshenko was an intermediate link in this system. Simultaneously with bringing him to the presidency through completely rigged elections, a group of technologists began working, which was supposed to come up with the next president for Poroshenko and his transition period. It had to be absolutely far from the existing policies of the new wave.
This plan could not be kept secret, and information leaked to the media that Pinchuk and Soros in the United States were preparing Vakarchuk. Was the leader of Okean Elzy a distracting target, or was there a competing group - I don’t know, but at the same time, the series Servant of the People, released in the fall of 2015, was already being filmed. It became a sign and harbinger of Zelensky’s appearance on the political horizon.
Today, two names of those involved in the project are known: Kolomoisky and Khoroshkovsky. But there is more. Benya is a distracting object, Khoroshkovsky is a consultant and coordinator. But there are still people who make up the decision-making group against the backdrop of Zelensky’s complete inaction.
If we take these facts as a basis, then the existing plan has calculated risks. One of them is Ze’s fiasco and his withdrawal from the race.
But maybe that's the plan. Since Zelensky has been inactive for six months, and his team is dragging him down, which is reflected in the ratings. It seems to me that this option was easy to calculate.
Why is such a scenario for Zelensky’s fiasco needed? It would be more logical to try to maintain popularity after a triumphant victory.
If by victory you mean successful reforms that will turn Ukraine into Germany, then there is no logic here. Ukraine is not Germany, and the inhabitants of Ukraine are not Germans. It will never be possible to turn Ukraine into Germany.
Over the course of 30 years, many reformers came, including those who had almost 100% credibility. For example, Yushchenko in 2004. Or even Yanukovych in 2010. They all declared that here and now is the time and place for the decisive transition from the Soviet Union to Europe. And every time it ended in failure.
The strongest teams, like Kuchma’s, which included young and energetic red directors, and Yanukovych’s, whose oligarchs were made of iron and steel, could not cope with a country like Ukraine. Because they initially could not destroy their habitat.
Ze's team consists of wedding photographers and currency prostitutes. For them, their habitat is the Ukraine that exists. They will not cut off their own oxygen, because their oxygen is black budgets.
But those who came up with the Ze project do not have a plan at all to rebuild Ukraine into Germany, but rather to preserve what is.
There will be no triumph. There will be another disappointment. Many believe that Zelensky is the last chance, followed by serious upheavals. But I believe that nothing bad will happen. But Ukraine has gone through worse times.
No, the question was a little different. If Zelensky wins the presidential election by a large margin, and there are puppet masters behind him, then why would they strive to maintain Ze’s rating, while they themselves, hiding behind Zelensky as if behind a screen, continue to “saw”? Why recruit idiots like Milovanov into power who will quickly collapse ratings?
It can't be done quietly. Society demands change, but the imitation will quickly be seen through, the people have already been shot.
What you typed from advertisements is also a myth. Recruitment to Ze's team takes place according to quite familiar patterns - through acquaintance. Everyone who has received key positions recruits their teams from those they know or who are slipped to them. When recruiting through transparent competitions, it doesn’t even stink.
Since the people of Ze's team are completely random and incompetent, they immediately become objects for use by the personnel of the departments to which they were assigned. Being unable to conduct business and steal, they have become a screen behind which this theft is carried out by the entire technical personnel team, and those who, under experienced managers, were not supposed to have a share in the spoils, are already participating in the division.
To put it simply, what are the centers of influence now? Kolomoisky, Soros and Pinchuk, what role does Avakov have, based on the appearance of militants in Zolote? And, if you insist that there may be a scenario of a controlled decline in Ze’s popularity, why then is another crisis and early elections needed?
Crises in the territory of controlled chaos are obligatory - that’s what controlled chaos is for. As soon as one force wins, others immediately begin to shake it. If internal vectors are not enough, external players are involved - the USA, the EU, the Russian Federation.
Today there are three centers of influence. The first is the Ze team, or rather those who are members of it or affiliated with it.
Others are overthrown gunpowderbots. Poroshenko, although a downed pilot who does not enjoy any support in most of the territory, still has an enclave of trust - Galicia. This is an unfinished corpse that those who want to win will have to open sooner or later. Also for Poroshenko are the Svidomo intelligentsia, media workers, eternal grant-eating Maydauns, and also some of the Nazis. All these people are a minority, but when they go out into the streets, they become a force. Ze is afraid of them.
The third center of power is the security forces. They are conventionally represented by Avakov. And, if Ze’s team is power without power, and the gunpowder robots are power without power, then the security forces with Avakov are both power and authority. If Ze burns out, Avakov could easily take his place. Anyone who thinks that this scum does not have presidential ambitions is greatly mistaken.
What does everything that is happening promise for the quilted jackets remaining in Ukraine? Many of them voted for Ze, as in Odessa. And we see that in Odessa he defiantly didn’t give a damn about everything - May 2, and the demolition of the Zhukov memorial plaque. Judging by the reaction in Odessa - hundreds of people who came out to protest, the destruction of hopes for Zelensky only increases disappointment and disbelief that something can be changed.
The only thing facing the Vatniks who remained in Ukraine is that they have to live in an insane asylum, where those born in the USSR are forbidden to even talk about it. This is a form of tyranny that has long caused internal resistance and internal opposition. This is what led to the catastrophic fall of Poroshenko and everything that was with him.
This tyranny has already fallen, only pieces of corpse meat remain, poisoning the air. But without a president who breeds this policy and feeds it, the biomass will die, except for those that survive in favorable places.
This is not about that now, Poroshenko’s retreat is simply over, and will not return in the same form.
And in Odessa, a very atypical story happened with the bas-relief of Zhukov, when, against the backdrop of the redneck-distracting war with monuments that had stopped due to the fall of Poroshenko, someone decided to play this game again.
There are two interested parties. The first is the customer. I suspect that Gennady Trukhanov, who needs to win the municipal elections, ordered the dismantling and dancing of the Banderlogs, counting on the hype measures of Odessa. Technologists could have advised him to start with a patriotic hype in the image and likeness of Kharkov, where a bust of the same Zhukov was demolished, which Kernes solemnly returned to its place. Trukhanov, who is in the same party with Kernes (the party of mayors), did not rack his brains over the methods and decided to go in with diamonds.
Around the hype, there were no signs of an amateur initiative by Nazi organizations that were not involved in receiving grants from the authorities. There were few of them, and all of them had previously been commissioned for such shows. The leader, a bearded fat man, had already become familiar, and generally arrived at the site with a blank check under his eye, which indicates the difficult nature of his work.
The bas-relief was carefully dismantled, carefully taken away, Trukhanov immediately allowed the indignant residents of Odessa to protest, and after it ended, he paid banderlogs to prevent the porridge from cooling down.
And here, to my regret, the second interested party has appeared - the Ukrainian emigration, which in Moscow or Crimea somehow needs to justify receiving grants to “save” Ukraine. The crowbars of this emigration raised a cry that the residents of Odessa “did not protect” the bas-relief of Zhukov. “We got up wrong,” in other words. Even when the residents of Odessa came to protest the next day, this outrageous stench did not stop. On the contrary, it intensified, because, in the opinion of these saviors of Ukraine, they “came out wrong.”
The madhouse in Ukraine has its mirror image in Russia, unfortunately.
Why are Zelensky’s first months so different from Poroshenko’s five-year plan? The SBU almost weekly reports on the capture of separatists - for social networks, T-shirts or participation in the Crimean self-defense. Ze himself uses all the same nationalist rhetoric. Perhaps the regime has softened a little outwardly, but strategically Ukraine is still trying to “get away from Moscow”; new generations are growing up who are being brainwashed.
Ukrainians have been brainwashed by one side for thirty years of its existence. This was purposeful, systematic work, and the Euromaidan was just one of a number of similar events as part of this strategy.
The other side, unfortunately, did not carry out any work in Ukraine and refused dialogue with society, dealing exclusively with specific issues of business and flows, working with oligarchs.
The result of this policy was the loss of Ukraine for the Russian world.
This will not last forever, since the Russian world is a constant value, a matter of time and the benefit of the lesson, the desire to learn from mistakes. And if Putinism does not learn its lessons, the next leaders who are waiting in the wings will.
I repeat – it’s a matter of time. The Russian people are eternal, the Ukrainian heresy is not.
Moscow always came for its own, it has always been so. For example, for what could not be returned in the 1905th century, they came in the 1917th. What was lost in 1920, 1939, 1945 was returned in XNUMX and XNUMX.
As for the first part of the question, Zelensky’s first six months are very different from Poroshenko’s five-year plan. The frenzied propaganda of war has stopped, the wool has ceased to be bullied. And the cases you cited, like the story with the bas-relief of Zhukov, I attribute to the consequences of Poroshenko’s fifth anniversary.
How long this “thaw” will last today depends solely on the position of Zelensky himself. As long as he needs peace, as he says, the “thaw” will continue. But he still won’t go beyond the “red lines”. Zelensky will never give up Crimea and Donbass on his own terms. This is impossible, which makes the Ukrainian crisis protracted and long-lasting, in which there will still be many swings from one extreme to another.
You yourself often promise in your blog to return to Kyiv and remember everything to the Banderaites. Is this the same as Babchenko about the Abrams, or is there still hope for such times?
And, in addition to this, do you agree with the opinion of journalist Alexander Chalenko that when Russian tanks are stationed in Kyiv, the population will massively sign up as Russians and begin to deny participation in the Maidans?
My situation is very different from Babchenko. To tell the truth, I still don’t understand why he was scared and left Russia. Babchenko was always collecting money and donations, I never did this. This suggests that Babchenko wanted to monetize his situation. I don’t need this, I have completely different goals and objectives.
And now, when Babchenko realized that it will no longer be possible to hype on the territory of Ukraine, Zelensky does not need him, just like the circus with the SBU and ketchup, Babchenko left Ukraine. We are waiting for his appearance in Vilnius on Open Russia or in Prague on Radio Liberty.
I’m quite happy with life in Belarus, I’m not going anywhere from here simply because I don’t earn a living in Belarus, I just pay taxes. I decided to become an emigrant, I accepted the reduction in my level of comfort, I am content with little and I worry about my reputation. By this I declare the seriousness of my intentions.
My enemies have poor motivation; they don’t want to give up comfort. The fact that I will return to Kyiv - don’t go to the fortune teller. It’s a matter of time, I’ll definitely catch them. Another thing is that this can happen when everyone forgets about everything, and the people’s memory is weak. But that doesn't bother me.
I fully support Chalenko’s opinion. It’s difficult to imagine “Armata” on Khreshchatyk, but the script is already working. They will change their shoes like the Parisians, led by the executioner Sanson, who cut off the head of the king and queen. After the liberation of Paris by the Russian army, citizen Sanson claimed that he had always been a royalist.
