“Ukraine is now the only country that has experience in hybrid warfare, and our fighters can train the vast majority of NATO soldiers. But certain aspects - logistics, cybersecurity, social standards - all this needs to be brought up to NATO standards.
For 20 years, Russia deceived everyone, it said that it was changing democratically, but since 2000, the attitude towards neighboring countries has changed dramatically. Both Georgia and Ukraine showed this. Therefore, we have no illusions that it is very difficult to build good neighborly relations with Russia - we are neighbors, and we cannot escape this, but we must be on constant combat readiness, and in this we can train all countries that have relations and borders with Russia “, said Mamchur, now a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.
