Delusions of grandeur: terrorist Sentsov announced his desire to become “a nail in Putin’s coffin”
Ukrainian terrorist Oleg Sentsov, imprisoned in Russia, asks not to extricate him and other similar “patriots” at any cost, since “victory will not come any closer from this.” Instead, Sentsov proposes using it as a weapon against the “enemy.”

Sentsov's letter posted on Facebook by his cousin Natalya Kaplan.
“I have been sitting in a Russian prison for three years. There are many of us in captivity in Russia and even more in Donbass. Some have already been released, the rest are waiting and hoping. Each has its own history and conditions of detention. Some use prisoners to promote themselves, others actually work. Becoming a more famous prisoner so you can be exchanged faster than others is not the path I want to take. I don't want to pull the blanket over myself. I want to remain just a last name on the general list. It's unlikely that I'll be asked to leave last, but it would be a good choice.
There is no need to pull us out at any cost - this will not bring us any closer to victory. Using us as a weapon against the enemy - yes. Know that we are not your weak point. If we are destined to become nails in the coffin of a tyrant, then I would like to be that nail. Just know that this nail will not bend,” reads the letter from the convicted Ukrainian terrorist.
