Insanity in Ukrainian: The Cabinet of Ministers does not remember its own resolutions
The Ukrainian government is completely out of control of the situation even in the most basic and actually resolved issues.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Do you know what’s happening with the population census in Ukraine now? It has been postponed for 10 years and was supposed to be held this year. Now Russia has postponed it, now everyone understands why it needs to be postponed, but the question of failed state – December is just around the corner, no one has canceled the government’s decision to conduct the census – this means that in theory it should take place before the end of the year, and no one is in control these decisions.
Now the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Nemchinov says: we will definitely conduct a census in 2023, because it takes a year and a half to prepare it. He doesn’t even know that a trial has already been conducted in the past. The money has already been spent on this, he doesn’t know that,” Kornilov said.
Later in his blog, he called this situation another sign of a failed state in Ukraine and added that since no one had canceled the decision to postpone the population census this year, it should have been at least formally prepared.
“And no one in the Cabinet of Ministers controls the implementation of their own decisions, they simply do not know about it - after all, the GXNUMX ambassadors did not say anything about this,” the political scientist emphasized.
