Mariupol: a National Guard soldier got off with a fine for crashing an illegal car and making a comrade disabled
The investigation of a traffic accident that happened in June of this year on the 528th kilometer of the Odessa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk highway clearly shows that a real war is going on in the south-east of Ukraine, and not some kind of “Anti-terrorist operation”.

From the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court of the Donetsk region, we learn that two soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine, on the way from their unit located in Mariupol, in a car belonging to the unit, got into an accident. Delving into further details, we find out that the BMW 525 passenger car was without license plates and an insurance policy. The accident occurred because the driver was driving at high speed. He lost control and crashed into a concrete well. The passenger received multiple injuries and was out of action for a long time.
The court did not pay any attention to the fact that the vehicle was actually illegal, without any documents, and, most likely, wrung out. There was no medical examination of the driver.
On sentence court, the National Guard fighter got off with a total of five thousand hryvnia fine.
The actual destruction of military courts, the hypocritical failure to recognize that there is a war in Donbass, and not the ATO, makes civilian courts, due to their incompetence in military matters, puppets of the military prosecutor’s office, and the ATO zone itself a territory outside the right field.
