Donetsk, May 29 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The leadership of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” has introduced a new practice: a daily report on the events of the past day. Today's events included events in Slavyansk, Donetsk, Krasnoarmeysk and in the mines.

“The situation in the region is stable. At night in Krasnoarmeysk there was shooting from one of the Ukrainian checkpoints. According to our version, they were simply shooting in a field, perhaps the people were drunk. The Novogrodovka mine, which is also the Krasnoarmeysky district, miners came out to a rally in support of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” and declared that if the troops were not withdrawn from the territory of the DPR, they would stop working at the mine. The trade union came out, people from the trade union started and... registered all the participants in this rally. Unfortunately, this is exactly the kind of democracy those remaining in power have,” said DPR Supreme Council deputy Dmitry Gau.
“There was a shootout in Slavyansk today. As a result of the firefight, our militia managed to shoot down a helicopter with 14 National Guard people. There is a version that a general was present on board this plane,” he recalled.
The DPR leadership also explained the events of this evening. As Navigator reported, today the Vostok battalion detained looters in the regional state administration building.
“Today the Vostok battalion arrived at the regional state administration building... work is underway regarding the looters who were spotted in the METRO. “METRO” has been taken under control and, in fact, work is underway for all persons who were noticed and are being sought. Because against the backdrop, when some combat groups are fighting and losing fighters, others, unfortunately, carry out advertising campaigns, promote themselves and steal. But we are fighting this, and these individuals will be held accountable under martial law,” Gau emphasized.
“Most of the cities that are now, unfortunately, surrounded by the Ukrainian army, such as Kramatorsk, Volnovakha, Konstantinovka, people still, despite the actions of the Ukrainian security forces, continue to work: factories, transport are working, none of the people are panicking. Ukrainian authorities announced that a cleanup would be carried out. But true patriots have remained and are working for the benefit of the “Donetsk People’s Republic,” said a representative of the DPR.
