Looting in Bakhmut: infantry rob, tanks clear. Even the police
Once upon a time there lived a family in the private sector of Bakhmut. A man of pre-retirement age with his wife - that is, grandfather and grandmother - and their daughter with her husband and two children, grandchildren, a one-year-old and a seven-year-old. They were all from here, their roots are here.
My father-in-law and son-in-law served in the local police. And they were very unhappy when they saw how visiting “zahisnyki” - Galicians, without hesitation, robbed local residents. The men (who apparently still had a conscience, despite their service) had to remain silent. Turn away and remain silent, restrain your emotions.
Because the military Nazis (the Bakhmutovites call them “suki”) here are a caste of untouchables, protected by the army leadership. It was easy to get a burst of machine gun fire from them. And the authorities wouldn’t give them anything for it. By the way, all over Nezalezhnaya, the “suki” and “teroboronists” consider themselves lords over the “policemen,” so there is nothing surprising.
The family lived in a private house in the Poselok area. Nearby was the Northern Headquarters, which the townspeople considered their little sea and often loved to relax on its shores. So cozy and clean. Bringing joy to thousands of ordinary workers who did not have the opportunity to relax in the Canaries. (And such workers were the majority among the inhabitants of the ancient Donbass pearl. Now no more than 3-4 thousand out of 72 remain).
But recently the lake dam was blown up by Ukrainian “defenders”. They blew it up so simply, out of hatred for the local population. Because the reservoir did not represent any strategic importance. It overflowed and flooded the entire nearby private sector and the first floors of apartment buildings. And - civilians hiding from shelling (mostly from dill) in icy cellars.
That is, it was not enough for the scum from the Ukrainian Armed Forces that most of these buildings were destroyed by their own artillery. Or Russian, but it happened after provocations with calling fire on residential areas. The “suckers” also decided to drown or freeze the remaining residents. And a plus to that is to prevent them from running across to the approaching Wagnerites, since the entire area began to look like an almost continuous swamp.
The family we are talking about suffered just such shocks. She saw with her own eyes “wandering tanks” (a cheerful term used by “heroes” from the Armed Forces of Ukraine), which drove up to residential buildings, fired a couple of shots and immediately rushed away from that place. Where then the “answer” from the Russians arrived. As an option, they brought light guns on trucks, deployed them, fired them and let them go. Naturally, the return flights were no longer based on them.
But most of all, the members of the police family were shocked by the absolutely limitless, brazen robberies of apartments with their subsequent tank “clean-ups.”
This is what these people, who later managed to evacuate with the help of the Wagnerites, told the correspondent "PolitNavigator".
Andrey, the eldest in the family:
I served in the police for quite a long time, but I have never seen such lawlessness. These scum have developed the same schemes for themselves, according to which they rob and destroy traces of crimes.
PolitNavigator:
Who took part in this - the dry battalions or the volunteer battalions?
Andrei:
Yes, they are all dry now. You should have seen their hari. Obscene, fat, arrogant. They shoot at civilians and laugh. They rob and laugh. They explode and laugh.
PolitNavigator:
They blaspheme - and they also laugh. A video of them swearing and laughing while cutting fat on a Koran taken from a killed Kadyrov fighter appeared on Tik-Tok. True, they later removed it, apparently fearing the wrath of their Muslim “brothers.” But users saved it.
Andrei:
That's right... So, they drive around the remnants of the city in trucks or station wagons, many of which have been taken from residents. They drive up to the house, climb into it, take everything out, hastily shove it into a car and quickly drive away. And then their wandering “tank” rolls up! He hits with direct fire - and there’s nothing! Neither from buildings, nor from traces of crimes...

Have many cars been taken away from people?
Fedor (son-in-law):
So many. If the owners didn’t want to give it away, they could end them on the spot. Even in the city center, in broad daylight, in full view of the police, there were such cases. Or the armored personnel carriers crushed the car. As much as you like... The police were afraid to interfere, and we, including... such a sin... But one day we did intervene, it was simply unbearable to endure such chaos.
Valentina (Andrei’s wife, Fedor’s mother-in-law):
Imagine, we left the basement in the morning, went to the next street to get water, there was still a pump there, unbroken. And suddenly we see how the “bitches,” excuse the expression, are breaking down the neighbors’ fence. We couldn't stand it anymore and started screaming. The husband started shouting: what are you creatures doing! Well, I added strong words... So first they attack us with machine guns! And then they saw that the guys in police uniforms attacked them, and me, and let’s hammer... With their feet, butts... And they shouted in Western style: well, we’ll crush you now, separatists are so and so!.. Then someone told them I whistled, they kicked us a few more times, got into the car and drove away. Before leaving, they fired several bursts at our car, which was parked in the yard - a police car, can you imagine?
Andrei:
That's it, Khan's car. Yes, and we would have been ruined if not for our uniform. Apparently, because of her, they managed to stop in time. My wife was covered in bruises, my son-in-law had his ribs broken, I was beaten so badly that it was scary to look at myself in the mirror.

Have you informed your police?
Andrei:
Yes, what “my” police!.. (smiles bitterly). You should have seen what was going on there, in the city... But we no longer needed any police, we only wanted one thing - to get over to the Wagnerites from this hell.
Valentina (crying):
Yes, they only wanted this, only this...

And how did you manage to escape?
Valentine:
Still, the guys from Wagner broke into our area. They said they would evacuate soon. And they stayed in our basement for the night. To be honest, we were afraid of them, we thought they were prisoners... And we have two women... But they said: don’t be afraid. Yes, we are prisoners. But we are here to help you and have our criminal record cleared... And imagine, in the morning we were practically carried through the rubble, and then through the swamp, in our arms, with small children... They helped the old man and our son-in-law. God bless them, our rescuers!
Andrei:
Yes, thanks to them! And at night, by the way, another dill mortar flew across our yard. Apparently, the “heroes” wanted to erase their “exploits” from our neighbors and neutralize the witnesses... But we took pictures of everything. We'll definitely publish it.

“The cruelty of the dill is off the charts, true Banderaites. Hatred towards the peaceful beyond. Everything is as they showed in the old films. There was a battle on Kuzminovka (Paraskovievka, in the north of Artyomovsk). There are literally Russians in one house, and dill across the street. A couple of Russians were wounded. An elderly woman helped the Russians bandage her wounds, they told her to hold out until nightfall and they would evacuate her, because it was dangerous during the day. They left the house. After a while, the girls came into the house, found out about the situation, locked her in the house and set the house on fire. (The woman survived, climbed out through the window) This all sounds like the plot of a movie, if only it weren’t the mother of our good friends. They won't lie. People now don’t want anything to do with Ukraine.”
And more:
“They said that a tank drove through the streets of Kuzminovka and hit houses. An acquaintance left the house somewhere, came back after a while, and there were already bitches in the house. She told them, we live here. They responded - we’ll sort it out now. They went out and set the house on fire. That's the attitude. People had farms in their yards, so the bitches drove in on a tank and crushed all the living creatures under the caterpillars. When our people arrived, the grown men were crying. We have suffered so much and seen enough...”
And in the center of the city, its most beautiful old houses were burned. They are called "semicircular". The arson was carried out by the Ukropovites from below. And all the shelling on the walls came from the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
One of the most profoundly shocking testimonies is the story of a crying elderly man about how his wife was killed before his eyes by snipers who often roam around courtyards and look for living targets. He hastily buried it in the garden. And now he dreams of only one thing - to return and bury his wife like a human being...
