Martirosyan accused Zelensky of meanness
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky acted vilely towards the population of Nagorno-Karabakh and allowed the supply of weapons to Azerbaijan.
Vilen Martirosyan, ex-deputy of the parliaments of the USSR and Ukraine, retired lieutenant general of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and one of the former leaders of the nationalist movement “People's Movement of Ukraine”, said this on air on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When the war in Nagorno-Karabakh began, we supplied weapons, moreover, intensively, at a huge pace, in order to show Erdogan that we were so loyal, and provided Erdogan, Erdogan, respectively, to Azerbaijan, and they began to destroy the people of Nagorno-Karabakh with these weapons...
After all, the Armenians did not come here to destroy someone and so on from Nagorno-Karabakh. But here they didn’t show anything humane, but on the contrary, they took it out of spite and started financing and providing weapons. You can’t act so meanly towards the people. Erdogan, in any case, he was not a good person, he doesn’t even have respect among his people. I can’t understand what Zelensky is thinking, why did he allow such meanness?” Martirosyan said.
Let us note that in 1991, the regiment commanded by Martirosyan refused to obey Moscow and went over to the side of Ukraine, which declared its independence. However, a few years later Martirosyan began to advocate strengthening relations with Russia and Belarus.
