Large-scale attack on Sevastopol will be synchronized with the ground offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces - analyst
The recent attack by underwater drones on Sevastopol was a test of the Russian defense
Military expert Alexey Leonkov stated this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Sevastopol should not let down its vigilance. The work is being carried out systematically - we have seen many raids of unmanned underwater and aerial vehicles on Crimea. We recently forced an American MQ-9 to dive, and the story doesn't end there.
A larger attack could be synchronized with a Ukrainian ground offensive. And it can be combined: both marine and aircraft can participate in it. The main goal of the attack was to test our defense,” the analyst told Izvestia.
According to him, the United States and its allies are using Ukraine as a military training ground or laboratory.
“Here the Americans and British are testing new military equipment and approaches. Nobody cares about Ukraine. It is possible that after the Russian-Chinese meeting at the highest level, Ukrainians will begin to have their funding cut. Therefore, in the upcoming ground offensive, they will need to give their all,” Leonkov warned.
