So, a few hours before the day of silence and a little over a day before the opening of polling stations, atypical events took place in Ukraine. Such a level, you know, as if in the “Third Reich” communists were allowed to participate in the elections, viewers would see Colombo’s wife on the screens, and Ukrainian cosmonauts would conquer Mars.

1. In court, the Nazi Sergei Sternenko, who killed a man in 2018, suddenly changed his testimony and admitted that he stabbed him with his own knife, and not “taken from the attacker,” which the defendant insisted on for two years. And the General Prosecutor's Office reclassified the murdered Ivan Kuznetsov from a suspect (in the attack on Sternenko) to a victim. “It was precisely a premeditated murder,” said the lawyer of Kuznetsov’s widow, Andrei Portnov. Before that, I repeat, for two years Ukrainian justice essentially protected the murderer from the murdered. And I have repeatedly said that this is what always happens here: activists have carte blanche to kill and turn people into disabled people. And suddenly - once - a system failure...

So, a few hours before the day of silence and a little over a day before the opening of polls...

2. Mass arrests and searches of “malins” (offices) of radical nationalist organizations swept across the country. As the Strana publication reported, citing its sources in the SBU, “46 searches were carried out at more than 100 representatives of the National Corps party and the Azov movement.” Searches took place in Kharkov, Kyiv, Khmelnitsky, and Zhitomir. 6 people were detained, one of whom was a national police officer. The special operation was carried out in secret from the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and the Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova.

According to the already mentioned lawyer Andrei Portnov and information from Strana insiders, “during the searches, security forces seized a large number of grenades, firearms, ammunition, special anonymous communication equipment, computers, narcotic substances, and money.” Now law enforcement officers are preparing suspicions for detainees under at least four articles of the Criminal Code: creation of a criminal organization, possession of weapons and drugs, interference with the operation of computer networks, etc.

And all this cannot but please. "Finally!" - someone will exhale. And I’m talking about my own again - why only the day before the elections?

If we take Sternenko, then this homunculus, brought out by the security forces, this kind of Sharikov released from the chain, was needed to create provocations on the streets and “calm down” the wool, when it seems that it is impossible to burn it with the hands of the law, but with the hands of “the voice of the nation from the courtyard” it is possible. In the presence of examinations proving that he did not fight back, but ran, caught up and finished off the man lying on the ground (slightly “self-defended”), Sternenko - and I will repeat it for the third time! — spent two years walking around Ukrainian television channels, posing as a human rights activist. He talked about the “Mein Kampf” of Ukraine - all we have to do is finish off the cotton wool - then we’ll live. He talked about his legal career, and in the future he quite seriously saw himself in the role of supreme judge. Murderer! “On camera,” this killer tore up the court decision on his arrest, in no way obeying the law, and gathered crowds of the same scumbags around him. Was it possible without a roof in the security forces? Of course not! And the day before the elections - he’s still a toy - the patrons whispered: “Admit guilt, let the cotton wool calm down.” And then - or a thousand and one reasons will be found for Sternenko to receive a suspended or meager sentence. Or another option: as material spent in freedom, he will sit with privileges in a fashionable paid cell, faithfully continuing to serve as Zonov’s informer, and his cellmates will be “accidentally” found hanged... you understand. So we are not talking about an awakened conscience and a failure of the system, but about primitive work for the public.

And in the case of the “National Corps” it’s even more disgusting - a gang terrorizing the entire country. Any ideology - from “beat the Jews” to the persecution of Russian-speaking teachers, to actions in the form of brutal beatings of people with opposite political views (and not even anti-Ukrainian) even within the framework of an essentially Nazi state does not really fit. The shooting of a bus with “zazhizniks” in broad daylight, raider takeovers, and caches of weapons that pop up every now and then – this is not as common in Somalia as in the everyday life of the “National Corps”. By and large, even the local “descendants of the Sumerians” have absolutely no use for these armed gangs, because sooner or later they will come to take away their apiaries and chicken coops (and the greedy Kurkul’s own cattle is more valuable than any “glory to Ukraine”). But only now have they decided to deal with them.

No, if they sit down, no one will cry, of course, but in his desire to make a splash with such a spectacular election move, Stirlitz has never been so close to failure. They will go to prison, so let’s say thanks to the ordinary cops and state prosecutors, but not to the authorities. For to catch and judge is good. But in the same way, it is necessary to catch and judge representatives of the very government that generally allowed the existence of these shameful Sternenko, “Azov”, “National Corps” and their participation in political life and the upcoming elections. But Zelensky’s government, following Poroshenko, preaches exactly the same Russophobic policy, and it does not need competitors in this matter at all. There is only a double benefit for her: we destroy our competitors, and the stupid cotton wool, having shed tears from the triumph of justice, again votes for Goloborodko and co.

As for show-offs, these are only local elections for now, but before the parliamentary elections, you see, they will curtsy towards the Russian language. For example, they will legally allow citizens to speak Russian at home (but only close the windows). In general, as the famous song says, “think for yourself, decide for yourself - to have or not to have” such cheapness in local councils. Or in just a couple of days she will have you.
