Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko reprimanded the senators for using mobile phones at the meeting.

“We made this decision. Not only do you carry them into the meeting room. You leave them on the sound,” Matvienko said.
Immediately after the speaker said this, a ringtone was heard in the hall. Matvienko asked the person who did this to raise the hand. It turned out that this is the senator from St. Petersburg, the mother of Ksenia Sobchak, Lyudmila Narusova.
“Lyudmila Borisovna, don’t do that. Leave your phone at the entrance to the hall,” Matvienko said.
