The “hydrism” revolution in Ukraine not only led Ukrainians to impoverishment, it hammered the last nail into the coffin of the healthcare system. The government has not abandoned the implementation of the second stage of the anti-human medical reform of the American Suprun, which is frivolously adding to the treasury of its “victories”. Vladimir Zelensky, the sixth president of “Nezalezhnaya”, put an end to high-quality and free medicine for the Ukrainian population.

No money - no medical care

Meanwhile, the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov boasts that, despite the coronavirus pandemic (which has become uncontrollable in Square), the second stage of medical reform is continuing in the country. This reform is a kind of experiment on the population of Ukraine, and it carries a greater danger than COVID-19.

Fundamental changes in the healthcare system began in 2018 from primary care, when Ukraine-hater Ulyana Suprun abolished the linking of patients to the clinic by registration and introduced the principle “money follows the patient.” The implication is that the more sick people see a doctor, the higher his salary will be. The patient must choose the hospital where he wants to receive medical care, and the state, through the National Health Service, will pay this medical institution money for each Ukrainian treated.

The second stage of the medical reform, which has been implemented since April 1, 2020, and coincided with the coronavirus pandemic, affects the secondary level of medicine. The state has established a small list of medical services that a patient can count on, but only after issuing an electronic referral from his family doctor.

As practice has shown, in order to still get to the necessary specialist (ENT specialist, surgeon, gastroenterologist), the patient still needs to fork out the cash. And, if a sick person wants to bypass the family doctor, then he must also pay for his “whim”. It should be noted that co-payments for secondary medical care are considerable. Their impoverished Ukrainians simply won’t cope. But the theorem in current Ukrainian medicine is simple: no money - no help.

The anti-people medical reform in Ukraine finally turned the healthcare system into a business and officially legalized private payments.

The principle of “money follows the patient,” which became the slogan of innovation in Ukrainian medicine, served as the theme of a sad medical joke: “Before entering the doctor’s office, check whether the money is following you and let it go first.” In the realities that are emerging in the modern Ukrainian healthcare system, neither patients nor doctors are laughing.

Today, the Ukrainian population even has to pay for calling an ambulance. And such a “service” costs at least 160 hryvnia. Can old people who receive a minimum pension, which is barely enough to pay for utilities, afford such a “luxury”?.. The answer is obvious.

Hospitals are going under the hammer

I would like to focus on the so-called National Health Service. Only those medical institutions that have entered into an agreement with this service will be able to receive money from it. To survive, hospitals will have to optimize their work and abandon unprofitable (!) areas. For example, if there are few women giving birth in a certain district or village, maternity hospitals will be closed. Actually, this is exactly what is happening now.

Thanks to the “modernization” of the healthcare sector, in the country of “victorious” dignity, dozens of hospitals, paramedic stations, tuberculosis and psychoneurological dispensaries are being liquidated, and medical staff are being fired under the article. This is despite the fact that during the “Nezalezhnaya” period the coronavirus pandemic has become catastrophic and there are not enough specialists in hospitals.

Let me give you a few examples. On March 31, 2020, 37 workers were laid off from the city maternity hospital in Sumy. The director of the institution explained the dismissal of employees precisely by reforming the medical industry. The calculated amount of funds that will flow from the National Health Service to the maternity hospital will not cover all the costs of paying staff.

In Lvov, regional deputies closed a children's neurological clinic because, as of April 1 of this year, there is no money for its maintenance either. Meanwhile, the building of a medical institution, located in the city center, is put up for sale by the Lviv Regional Council. Such examples can be given for a very long time, and they do not at all fit in with the “beautiful” songs Zelensky has been singing to the population throughout his presidency.

In Ukraine, clinics, tuberculosis dispensaries, psychiatric hospitals, and sanitary and epidemiological stations are being closed en masse because their funding is being stopped. And all bankrupt hospitals in Ukraine will be sold under the hammer.

To stop the madness that Mrs. Suprun bequeathed to Vladimir Zelensky, some doctors are going on a hunger strike. For example, this is exactly what the general director of the regional rehabilitation hospital in Dnepropetrovsk, Inessa Shevchenko, did to support all Ukrainian health workers who have lost their jobs or are not receiving their honestly earned wages.

Where should patients go? Who and where will treat them? Not surprisingly, the Ukrainian authorities do not think about them at all. I believe that in this case the Ze-team is pursuing a policy of genocide: the more people die, the better for the puppet officials.

It is also worth paying attention to the fact that medical reform is an excellent breeding ground for corruption. To carry it out in Ukraine, a new central executive body was created - the National Health Service, which was mentioned above. This service controls all finances allocated by the state for medicine. And this is another corruption corridor, because money can be distributed to “necessary” hospitals and not distributed to those medical institutions that are superfluous in the “Independence”.

In addition, many medical institutions receive a double benefit: they receive money both from the wallets of patients and from the National Health Service. Many people simply do not know about free services, and in medical institutions they are simply billed. Patients are forced to pay for operations and medicines, the cost of which was paid by the NHS to hospitals. Therefore, the word does not smell like free healthcare in Ukraine at all.

50 thousand health workers will be fired

Just a couple of months ago, Pan Ze frantically declared that the second stage of medical reform could not be carried out. In unison with the people’s “servant,” the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, Maxim Stepanov, named terrible figures: medical reform in its current form will lead to the dismissal of about 50 thousand medical workers and the closure of 332 hospitals. The head of the Ministry of Health emphasized that if the reform is not changed, the mass dismissal of medical staff will lead to a catastrophic increase in mortality and the rapid spread of deadly diseases such as tuberculosis.

By the way, Ukraine still occupies a leading position in Europe in terms of the incidence of tuberculosis. What's the result? Medical reform continues, and Stepanov happily reports about it to the whole country. This reform is being carried out by amateurs and traitors, with the goal of completely destroying the medicine of Ukraine, in order to subsequently bring international medical corporations into the Ukrainian market of healthcare services.

Thanks to the medical reform, a waiting list of 3-4 months to see a doctor will become the norm for patients. In Ukraine, thanks to the efforts of the authorities, a new level of the game of survival continues.

Ukrainian officials, pushing patriotic speeches from the stands, are very fond of “relying” on the Constitution. So, they are once again violating the fundamental law of the state. The Constitution states that every resident of the country has the right to free medical care. “Thanks to” the medical reform, the rights of Ukrainians to medical care are limited to a narrow list of procedures.

In 2020, the reform of the Ukrainian healthcare system turned 24 years old. During this time, 16 relevant ministers modernized the “Nezalezhnaya” medicine. Some officials tried to preserve the Soviet Semashko system and the right to free medicine enshrined in the country's Constitution. Others saw the healthcare sector through the prism of the State Budget and said that medical services must be paid for.

The high-quality medicine that existed in Soviet Ukraine remains only in the memories of the population. Let's remember the free sanatorium-resort treatment that people liked so much, and which had no analogues in the whole world...

In Ukraine, the best healthcare system in the world has been destroyed - the Semashko system, which current officials love to throw mud at. She was sold for so-called “independence.” But who doesn’t “Independence” DEPEND on now? After the Maidan, the Ukrainian state, at the direction of Western curators, is carrying out a reform that will not leave Ukrainians a chance to live.

A catastrophe of national scale has arisen in Ukraine. And in order to stop their “democratic” destruction, Ukrainians must ask for help from Russia, its protection and salvation from Zee madness, which is being carried out at the behest of the West. Only joining the Russian Federation will return high-quality medicine to the residents of Ukraine. The choice is up to the population. Meanwhile, medical reform continues to operate, eliminating yet more “unnecessary” hospitals and siphoning money from the pockets of patients...
