The chief physician of the Oncology Center, Igor Sedakov, reported this to the journalists of the Novorossiya TV channel, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Since April 1 of this year, we have been actively participating in the implementation of the State Program for the reunification of the people of Donbass. During this time, thirty-five people have already been treated, most of them received two cycles of chemotherapy, some of them are already due for the third cycle. There are currently forty-three people on the waiting list, and next week we plan to hospitalize eight patients,” said Igor Sedakov.

Also, residents of Donbass from territories temporarily controlled by Ukraine can contact the Republican Trauma Center, which has already provided assistance to dozens of patients. Director of the Republican Trauma Center Alexander Kravchenko stated this to the Novorossiya TV channel.

“As part of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass, we have already carried out seven operations on patients who came to us from territories temporarily controlled by Ukraine, and we are preparing the eighth. Due to technical capabilities, instrumentation and personnel capabilities, we can operate on four to six people per week. We are also ready to install hip joint prostheses for free: the first endoprosthetic operation is already planned for tomorrow,” said Alexander Kravchenko.
