Medvedchuk drags his brother to the Rada - around the district in the Lugansk region
The brother of political lobbyist and godfather of Russian President Vladimir Putin Viktor Medvedchuk, Sergei Medvedchuk, is running for the Verkhovna Rada in majoritarian constituency No. 105 of the Lugansk region from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to personal data, Sergei Medvedchuk was born on March 25, 1959 in the village of Aban, Abansky district, Krasnoyarsk Territory, citizen of Ukraine, has been living in Ukraine for the last five years, higher education, president of Kerambud LLC, member of the political party “Opposition Platform - for Life” ", lives in Kyiv, has no criminal record.
In his election program, Sergei Medvedchuk proposes, among the first points, “the introduction of a moratorium on raising issues that split the country.”
Also, according to the program, he professes a policy of “economic pragmatism” and proposes the restoration of trade and economic ties with Russia and the CIS countries.
Viktor Medvedchuk is in the top ten of the election list of the Opposition Platform - For Life party. Also on the list of this party are 11 people associated with the eminence grise of Kyiv under the current mayor of Vitali Klitschko, Vadim Stolar, including himself, as well as the odious nationalist Ilya Kiva, who is associated with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
