“The buildings of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea and the Council of Ministers are occupied by unknown armed people without identification marks, highly trained with modern weapons. I urge the residents of Crimea to remain calm and not take initiative.
The liberation of seized buildings is the competence of professionals and law enforcement agencies,” Chubarov emphasized.
