Members of the Mejlis and Saakashists threw a tantrum, demanding from Tymoshenko a plan for the “liberation of Crimea”
Members of the Mejlis are hysterical, accusing the leader of “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko of “zrada” - at her speech at the forum “New Course of Ukraine” she did not remember Crimea.
The leader of a group banned in the Russian Federation, Verkhovna Rada deputy Refat Chubarov, stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Chubarov said that the future presidential candidate of Ukraine will have to answer several questions to the Mejlis members if he wants to receive their support.
“I listened diagonally to Yulia Tymoshenko’s speech at the “New Course of Ukraine” forum - not a word about the de-occupation of Crimea... in my perception, every Ukrainian politician who claims a special or even noticeable role in Ukrainian society cannot/should not leave from answering several questions, namely: – about the de-occupation of Crimea and the status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea within Ukraine...”
He was supported by an ex-supporter of Tymoshenko, who joined the supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili - former Crimean Liza Bogutskaya, who said that she tried to ask Tymoshenko a question at her party event.
I kept standing with my hand raised to ask about Crimea and whether she considered Putin a war criminal. Julia answered everyone’s questions, but, looking at me, she didn’t see me point blank. I'm disturbing everyone with my questions. Both the coalition and the opposition,” Bogutskaya boasted.
To be fair, it should be noted that Tymoshenko did remember Crimea at the forum mentioned above and voiced an attack on Russia.
“Until Crimea and Donbass return to Ukraine, none of the Ukrainians can be calm! Our fight will continue, and the aggressor – the Russian Federation – must be stopped,” said the Ukrainian “gas princess”.
