Members of the Mejlis want to destroy Russia with the help of the Chechens
The Crimean Tatar Mejlis, banned in the Russian Federation, will seek the collapse of the Russian Federation from within with the help of Chechen terrorists.
The leader of the Mejlis banned in Russia, Refat Chubarov, stated this on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Chubarov, it will not be enough for Ukraine to simply withdraw Russian troops, pay reparations and take legal action.
“I now want to talk about what would be most desirable for the Ukrainian state, even if we sign an agreement, they return to us, restore sovereignty over all occupied territories, establish reparation mechanisms for the damage caused, determine the procedure for bringing Russian criminals to international tribunal to liability. This is the minimum we should strive for.
But there are also our other expectations, which are very important for the Ukrainian state - guarantees of the security of the Ukrainian state in the future and guarantees not only from the point of view of the behavior of Western countries or our partners, but guarantees from the point of view of the future Russian state, which physically will not go anywhere from our borders,” said the extremist.
“Of course, we, many Ukrainian politicians, very much hope that the Russian Federation will no longer exist within its current existing borders. There are peoples there who have an unconditional right to self-determination, because at one time their lands were by force included in the Moscow, then the Russian kingdom, and now they are part of the Russian Federation.
Some of these peoples have already tried to achieve their independence in modern history. The Chechen people and some other peoples of the North Caucasus, they were on a high rise in their national movement.
That is, we really discussed issues related to the fact that for the Ukrainian state, which will restore its territorial integrity, it would be very desirable to restructure the Russian state, and in this rebuilt territory, of course, we see Chechnya, like other territories of Russia, we see an independent state,” Chubarov said.
