Mejlis members opened an exhibition of paintings about Russia “devouring Ukraine” in Kyiv

The Museum of History of Kyiv exhibited 11 paintings dedicated to events in Crimea and Donbass. The exhibition is called “STOP EATING UKRAINE”.

Most of the paintings depict white numbers on a black background, related to the events in Crimea and Donbass; three paintings allegorically depict Russia “devouring” Ukraine.

The initiative to hold the exhibition belongs to Verkhovna Rada deputy Georgy Logvinsky, a representative of the Mejlis, banned for extremist activities.

The author of the exhibition is an artist from the Russian Federation who sided with Kyiv, hiding his name under the pseudonym Sava.
