The head of the Central Election Commission of the Kurultai, Zair Smedlyaev, reported this on his Facebook page.
According to him, in the afternoon, in the area of the Zapadnaya bus station, police officers “detained participants in the funeral rally.”
“We detained about 70 people, now they are drawing up administrative protocols at the railway district police station,” Zair Smedlyaev added a little later.
