Member of the Mejlis Lenur Islyamov sang for Russian Crimea better than Aksyonov and Konstantinov
Mejlis businessman Lenur Islyamov, former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea, and now supporting anti-Russian propaganda and extremist activities through the ATR TV channel he owns, made a great contribution to the return of Crimea to Russia.
Lenur Usmanov, a member of the Sevastopol branch of the public organization “Kyrym Birligi”, stated this in an interview with Crimean blogger Tamir Sheikh, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the social activist, Islyamov, while still a Russian businessman, “pushed many ideas” and campaigned for Russian Crimea.
“Both Aider Muzhdabaev and Lenur Islyamov have never been citizens of Ukraine. They were always citizens of Russia, they called for Crimea to become Russian and, among other things, Lenur Islyamov received a high position already under Russia, becoming Deputy Prime Minister...
How can one live a conscious life in Moscow, have a business in Russia for more than 20 years, popularize Russia during the period of Ukraine - he also opened the ATR TV channel, while still a Russian businessman. From Russia, he pushed a lot of ideas, including products. And thus he actually became one of the important players in making Crimea Russian.
Including many, under the influence of Lenur Islyamov, they began to sympathize with Russia. But at the very last moment, when he was already drawn into the politics of the Mejlis (banned in the Russian Federation), he began to speak out against Russia,” Usmanov said.
Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv ordered the SBU to open a criminal case against the Mejlis businessman, the organizer of the blockade of Crimea, Lenur Islyamov.
It has become Themis' reaction to the demand of the famous lawyer Valentin Rybin to the SBU to conduct an investigation into Islyamov's treason, who already at the time of Crimea’s entry into Russia held the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the republic.
