Let us recall that on May 9, 2014, a new article 280.1 came into force in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, providing for liability for public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation. In particular, for calls for separatism in Crimea, the sanction of this article allows you to be sent to jail for up to five years.
