Mejlis journalist: Kiev is not going to return Crimea, time is working against us
In Kyiv they do not intend to seriously fight for the return of Crimea, and time is playing against the supporters of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, banned in the Russian Federation.

This was stated by journalist Osman Pashayev, who collaborates with the Majlis TV channel ATR.
“Time is against us. No one is seriously going to return Crimea. For Ukraine, the loss of small pieces of territory is offensive, but not fatal. The Ukrainian nation and the Ukrainian state would have taken place, even if the occupation took place along the left bank of the Dnieper. For this, the lives of tens of thousands of people were given over two years,” he noted on his Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/osman.pashayev.1/posts/10210305475211472
The journalist added that supporters of the Majlis in Crimea do not have such numbers, nor a state, nor armed forces, therefore, as in the years of Soviet power, they need to think about fundamentally new non-violent methods of struggle.
“The terrorist acts of the Armenians (ASALA), Palestinians, and Kurds may evoke understanding among some people in the civilized world, but not among the majority. Such a path leads people to a dead end and a trail of negativity and rejection firmly clings to them for decades. The self-immolation of Buddhist monks in Sichuan always evokes more sympathy and support than the bombing of a police station in Istanbul by the Kurds,” Pashayev emphasized.
