MegaFon spoke about reducing tariffs for subscribers roaming in Crimea. The cost of incoming and outgoing calls within Russia will be 9,99 rubles. for 1 minute, SMS - 3,9 rubles, mobile Internet - 9,9 rubles. for 1 MB. MegaFon has similar prices for roaming in all regions of Russia. Now in Crimea, an incoming call and an outgoing call to Russia will cost a MegaFon subscriber 19 rubles. for 1 minute, SMS - 9 rubles, and mobile Internet - 19 rubles. for 100 KB. Prices correspond to those valid for roaming in Ukraine.
The company does not have its own equipment in Crimea. MegaFon does not disclose which local companies they cooperate with and under what conditions. “We are always looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience. At the beginning of the summer season, we decided to make the conditions of service in Crimea more favorable. We are glad that negotiations with local telecom partners ended with benefits for our clients,” notes MegaFon press secretary Olesya Yaremenko.
