“I don’t know who the guy from Energodar is, whom the FSB accuses of sabotage. I don’t know how he got to the Russians. I only know one thing. Any contact with Russia and its population is toxic.
I don’t communicate with Russian “businessmen”. I don't give interviews to Russian media. Even “liberal”. I avoid Russian “observers” from “international organizations”. I do not meet with their “human rights activists,” writes the mayor of Dnepropetrovsk.
Boris Filatov also called on his fellow citizens “not to trust the Russians. Never and under no circumstances” and pathetically called it “the first rule of the war for independence.”
“The fool who goes to Crimea to “vacate” - remember this post,” Filatov summed up.
