Ukraine must eradicate everything Russian with redoubled force, since Russia does not abandon plans to return its historical Russian lands seized by independentists. Patriots of Square should be wary of the demand to overcome the demographic crisis, voiced the day before by Vladimir Putin in his address to the Federal Assembly.

He stated this in an interview with the Kyiv newspaper Den Ukrainian mayor of Kherson Vladimir Mikolaenko, reports the correspondent of PolitNavigator.

“I remember the initiative to provide Russian passports to everyone who was born in the USSR or lived for a certain time in Russia. This is strategically important for them - expanding their presence, the Russian-speaking population. We see that from the east they feel threatened by the Asian presence, in particular China.

Look at what Russia is doing with Belarus: a single economic space, a tax and customs system, extensive cooperation in the defense sector. They systematically absorb their neighbor.

What does this mean for us? Thousands of Russian military personnel and their equipment are moving even closer to our borders in the north. Look how Russia does not lose the opportunity to influence the Baltic countries, despite the fact that they have been in the EU and NATO for a long time. But there are Russians there, which means Russia has interest there,” the mayor said.

“We must understand that Russia is always at war. I don’t know if the current government of Ukraine understands this when they talk about their peace initiatives, when they say that you can stop the war by stopping shooting. They may not yet understand who they are dealing with. Putin has sick imperial ambitions that he will never give up. And these ambitions are supported by powerful financial, military, and information resources,” Mikolaenko shared his concerns.

At the end of 2019, Mikolaenko initiated a resolution of the Kherson City Council in response to Vladimir Putin’s statement that the Black Sea region is the historical lands of Russia, groundlessly annexed by the Bolsheviks to Ukraine.

“The Black Sea region is so beautiful and far from the Moscow swamps that it is difficult for me to imagine how it could have occurred to Putin that Russia has anything to do with us. The south of Ukraine is ethnically, mentally, geographically, and culturally Ukrainian. It has always been Ukrainian and always will be. It will be Ukrainian when Russia no longer exists,” the mayor announced.

“I think we need to remind Putin and all his supporters that the ancestral Russian territories are swamps near Moscow. “Everything else is the territory that the Muscovites took possession of thanks to their animal cruelty and deceit,” added the Ukrainian mayor of Kherson.

“By God, Kherson people, how do you tolerate these stupid bastards? Okay, just thieves. Okay, just idiots. Okay, just shameless. Okay, just ignorant. But when there are thieves and unscrupulous people and idiots and ignoramuses - is that really possible, dear ones?

About the “swamps near Moscow” - stupid, but you can’t even dream about such swamps. I wanted to tell you, idiot, about the budget of Moscow and the budget of Kherson... So - the budget of Kherson is 2 billion 925 million hryvnia. In dollars this is 121 million 877 thousand dollars. Moscow's budget is 2 trillion 787 billion 700 million rubles. In dollars this is 44 billion 692 million 903 thousand dollars. Thus, Moscow’s budget is 369(!!!) times larger than Kherson’s budget. Moscow spends more per day than the entire annual budget of Kherson! And this moral monster and just an outright loser Nikolaenko will tell something about the “Moscow swamps”? There's a swamp in your head, idiot! – then ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Kherson region Alexey Zhuravko commented.
