The mayor of a Russian city threatened to “wipe the Pindos off the face of the earth”
The mayor of Pskov, Ivan Tsetsersky, expressed confidence on Instagram that the Syrian crisis can be solved by wiping the “Pindos” from the face of the Earth. The city mayor also complained that God forbids such a solution to the problem.
Tsetsersky made this statement while commenting on a photograph of the Syrian capital Damascus. “...You won’t prove anything to the Pindos, they lied in such a way that it’s easier to wipe them off the face of the earth, but the Lord forbids this!” – the official wrote.
Later, online812 clarifies, Ivan Tsetsersky admitted that he would not like to erase all “Pindos.”

I am aware that he was expressive - but it was caused by my indignation at the treacherous and cowardly missile attack on the installations of the democratically elected government of Syria in violation of all international norms.
