The mayor of Yalta fell out of favor with Aksenov
The head of Yalta, Yanina Pavlenko, fell out of favor with the leader of the republic, Sergei Aksenov. Within a week, Pavlenko received a second reprimand, which in bureaucratic language means “5 minutes before leaving the seat,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This time, the Yalta mayor made an unforgivable mistake - she misinformed the head of Crimea about the cancellation of the auction for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities.
“Following the results of the last meeting, which we held live, I announced information about the cancellation of the auction,” Aksenov said. “I apologize to the people of Yalta; in this case, I was misled by the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, who, for unknown reasons, did not have information about the state of affairs regarding the preparation of documents for the auction.”
The proposal to issue another reprimand to Pavlenko will be sent to the Yalta City Council. There is also the first submission of a reprimand due to missed deadlines for concluding municipal contracts for programs for improvement and modernization of infrastructure.
Before Pavlenko, Elena Protsenko deserved two reprimands, at least publicly, when she headed the administration of Simferopol. A third reprimand in a management position results in dismissal under the article.
