The mayor of a city in the Kharkov region was crushed to death by a tree watering machine
Yesterday in the city of Dergachi, Kharkov region, the mayor of the city, Alexander Lisitsky, was killed as a result of a collision with a car watering trees.

Elena Barannik, press secretary of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkov region, reported this on the air of “112 Ukraine”.
“The police received a report on April 29, at about 16 p.m. As previously established, about 10-12 trees were planted in the city, and the mayor, as the head of the city, controlled their watering. Yesterday afternoon he drove around and watched how the watering was taking place... Subsequently, he parked his car in front of the machine that was watering the trees. And, apparently, due to the high air temperature, the driver opened the hood of this car. It turned out that the driver started driving the car with the hood open, without seeing the person. When the ambulance arrived, he (the mayor - Ed.) was still alive. The man died in the ambulance,” she said.
In addition, the police speaker noted that all possible examinations are now being carried out, and the watering machine is at the impound area.
Also, according to police, no one was detained as a result of the incident.
