The head of the Kurultai Central Election Commission, Zair Smedlyaev, posted a photo with the corresponding decision of the authorities on his Facebook page.
“Preparations for International Human Rights Day are in full swing! I think everything will be according to plan!” he wrote a little later.
Meanwhile, the mayor’s office invites the organizer of the rally to submit a new application - to hold the action in Gagarin Park near the sculpture “Three Graces”.
