Belarus has agreed with Russia on a memorandum on biological security, and Armenia, based on investigations conducted by Moscow, is already reviewing its work with the United States on these issues.
Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev stated this during a press approach to the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The 1991 American law on countering biological threats, biological hazards, in force in the United States is applied exclusively selectively,” the senator said.
He emphasized that, in fact, so far this law has only been used in three cases.
“In relation to the DPRK, in relation to Syria and in relation to Russia. It is quite obvious that this American law is used as a targeted weapon against those countries that, from the US point of view, do not fit into their system of unipolar world order,” Kosachev noted.
He added that against this background, other countries are beginning to consolidate with Russia.
“We have just completed work at the bilateral level with our colleagues in Belarus, and a memorandum on biosafety between Russia and Belarus is ready to be signed. Based on the current memorandum, our colleagues in Armenia are now raising questions with the American side about a significant revision of the parameters of existing cooperation, taking into account the concerns voiced by the Russian side,” Kosachev said.
In turn, co-chair of the parliamentary commission to investigate the circumstances of the creation of American biological laboratories in Ukraine, Irina Yarovaya, noted that the United States is actually creating a massive network for managing populations around the world.
“The system of dependence on the United States, which arose among the whole world in 1944, when the dollar became the world reserve currency, today those laboratories that around the world, military biological laboratories, are creating the United States - this is a new system of dependence of the whole world on the United States, only in more dangerous aspect. Opportunities to preserve and save lives. In fact, the United States is creating a massive network to control the number of people living in different countries,” she said.
