Kyiv, February 15 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Semenyuta) – Maidan managers signed off on the complete loss of economic sovereignty. According to First Deputy Minister of Finance Igor Umansky, the IMF is the lender of last resort, and without its support, Ukraine, given the state in which it finds itself today, is unable to gain access to any market for financial resources. The official stated this the day before, speaking in parliament.

“The International Monetary Fund is the lender of last resort. Ukraine, taking into account the state in which it finds itself today, is no longer able to gain access to any market of financial resources without the support of the International Monetary Fund, so together we are forced to carry out changes and reforms, including with the help of the IMF,” the deputy minister said.
