Menyailo and the Sevastopol “locomotives” of the LDPR refused their parliamentary mandates
Sevastopol, September 16 (PolitNavigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – The Electoral Commission of Sevastopol unanimously decided to transfer the mandate of the Legislative Assembly deputy to Tatyana Sandulova (No. 19 on the “United Russia” list) after the acting statement. This is stated in the decision of the city election commission.
Let us remind you that in the elections on September 14, the mayor was elected as a deputy of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol and took second place in the party list of candidates from United Russia. According to the law, he cannot combine these two positions.
In the same way, the election commission examined the statements of State Duma deputies Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Roman Khudyakov elected on the list of the LDPR political party.
Accordingly, the deputy mandates were transferred to Igor Valis and Ilya Zhuravlev, numbers 3 and 4 on the LDPR list.
As PolitNavigator reported, in the elections to the Legislative Assembly and municipal formations of Sevastopol, the United Russia party gained 76,67%, the LDPR - 7,39% of the votes.
United Russia will be represented in the Legislative Assembly by 22 deputies, the LDPR by two.
