According to the charter of Sevastopol, the governor is obliged to coordinate the candidacies of his deputies with the city’s legislative assembly. “I have already proposed, and almost all of them have been agreed upon,” said Sergei Menyailo. According to the governor, the post of his deputy will be retained by the former Deputy Minister of Finance of the Moscow Region, Alexey Eremeev (he is also the head of the department of economic policy and finance). As Sergei Ladochkin, coordinator of the commission on housing and communal services of the public expert council under the governor of Sevastopol, said, the former head of the government of the capital’s Sokolinaya Gora district, Olga Gladysheva, will also join the Sevastopol government. According to Mr. Ladochkin, she will most likely become vice-governor for housing and communal services. The current vice-governor, director of the department of municipal services Andrei Atamantsev, according to Mr. Ladochkin, will most likely remain only the head of the department.
Mr. Ladochkin himself can head the department for industry and agriculture. In August, he withdrew from the Moscow City Duma elections and made it easier for the grandson of the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, Leonid, to win.
